Saegertown Area Sewer Authority is requesting bids for the 2026 Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Contract No. 2026-01. The project involves cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 5,830 linear feet of sanitary sewer lines in Saegertown, Pennsylvania. The expected project duration is sixty days. Contractors are required to pay prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry, and must not discriminate against employees or applicants based on race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012 is required. All steel products used or supplied in the contract or subcontracts must be made in the United States. The owner reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received. No bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety days after the bid due date, except as otherwise provided by law.
