Demolition for a municipal facility in Saegertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Saegertown Borough is accepting bids for the demolition of the former Heritage Building at 320 Broad St. Full bid specifications are available at the Borough Office. Sealed bids are to be marked Demolition Bid. Saegertown Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bids. 4. Basement Floor (Approx. 225 square feet) to be broken up and removed to allow free drainage. 5. 4-inch heavy wall perforated drainpipe to be installed from existing sump in backyard, to center of the basement. (Maximum 30 ft.) 6. Basement (Approx. 60 cubic yards) filled with #3-4 clean limestone rocks. 7. Textile to be installed over the rock fill. 8. 4 inches of fill (2RC) over textile, compacted and graded. 9. 2 inches of limestone surfaced parking lot graded to complete the job. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
