Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Paint Township, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.
Butters Road Communication Tower Responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in accordance with Section 153.71 of the Ohio Revised Code, all other relevant provisions contained in Sections 153.65 to 153.73 of the Ohio Revised Code, and all relevant provisions contained in the Request for Qualifications. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all defects, and to enter into contract(s) with the responding firm(s) that submit(s) the Statement(s) of Qualifications deemed most beneficial to Highland County. Interested firms must submit Statements of Qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Qualifications. All firms that submit SOQs shall submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of their SOQ in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked: SOQ for Engineering/Construction Management for Butters Road Communication Tower. The outside of the sealed envelope shall also include the name and address of the firm. If a Statements of Qualifications is submitted by mail, the sealed envelope containing the SOQ must be enclosed in an outer envelope addressed to the Board and designated as a SOQ for the project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
