Douglas County Public Works is currently requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the construction of the AZALEA GLEN RD GLENDALE SRTS PROJECT RD. #12 &12B: M.P. 9.77-10.2; 0.00-0.21 The deadline for submitting comments and inquiries about the requirements of this RFB is September 1, 2025. Install and maintain temporary traffic control and erosion control measures, construct sidewalks, excavate and repair roadway embankment, excavate lay and backfill storm pipe and construct aggregate base and asphalt concrete pavement. Perform additional and Incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. The value for this contract is estimated to be $3,000,000 - $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
