Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roseburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Repair of 2 existing culverts crossing OR138W, and the removal of displaced landslide material and the construction of a rock buttress using Stone Embankment Material. Surfacing of paved areas shall comply with street cut Std. Dwg. RD3O2. For pipe installation in embankment areas where the trench method will not be used and the pipe is > 36" diameter, increase dimension "B" to nominal pipe diamete Pipes over 72" diameter are structures, and are not applicable to this drawing. 4. See Std. Dwg. RD336 for tracer wire details (When required) The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for Emergency Culvert Repair, located along OR 138W at MP 16.47A & 15.65A in Douglas County, Oregon. As set forth in the Contract Documents, the Work includes: 1) Furnish, install, and maintain temporary work zone traffic control. 2) Furnish, install, and maintain erosion and sediment control measures. 3) Furnish, install, and maintain temporary water management facilities. 4) Remove existing culvert pipes. 5) Furnish and install culvert pipes. 6) Construct inlets. 7) Construct concrete curbs. 8) Fill abandoned culvert pipes. 9) Construct stone embankment material (SEM) rock buttress and loose riprap. 10) Construct aggregate base and shoulders. 11) Furnish and install asphalt concrete pavement (ACP). 12) Furnish and install drainage facility identification markers. 13) Furnish and install permanent traffic control guidance systems 14) Complete application of topsoil and permanent seeding. Perform additional and incidental work as noted in the Contract plans and specifications and as directed. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Please note, there are additional obligations for the adjacent landowner that Contractor must maintain and fulfill.
