Questions Due Date: Sep 3rd 2025, 12:00 PM CDT The City of Wichita is seeking bids from firm(s) to provide construction services for the Public Works & Utilities Department. Liquidated damages in the amount described in the Standard Specifications shall be applied to the six valves listed above. The Bypass Line shall be subject to liquated damages in the amount of $5,000 per day for every calendar day beyond October 15, 2026. The non-availability of material shall not prevent working days from being assessed.
