The Project consists of 6,500 sqft of interior renovation of an existing hospital. The renovation includes emergency department and infusion spaces. Work to be in multiple phases to keep the facility in operation at all times throughout construction. Bids are for: Bid Package 01 - General Construction - Low Bidder - Klinger $803,000 - Awarded Bid Package 02 - Electrical and Low Voltage - Low Bidder - Connected Electric $364,000 - Awarded Bid Package 03 - Mechanical, Plumbing, & Controls - Low Bidder - Suter Mechanical $575,200 - Awarded Bid Package 04 - Fire Suppression - Low Bidder - Midwestern Mechanical $27,500 - Awarded Bidding questions are due no later than 4:00 PM CST on August 26th, 2025. Questions shall be submitted to the Architect and Construction Manager via email and send to representatives listed in the project directory.
