The project consists of installing a 1 million-gallon (MG) prestressed wire-wound concrete storage tank that will store Lake Michigan water at the Villages High Zone Receiving Station. The work will include site clearing, installing a stabilized construction entrance, installing minimal site piping, and constructing the concrete storage tank. Bidder agrees the Work will be substantially completed within 240 calendar days after the Contract Time commences to run and completed and ready for final payment within 270 calendar days after the Contract Time commences to run.
