Request for Proposal for Security Window Film. Proposals are to provide Security Window Film for Oswego CUSD 308. All vendors must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring payment of prevailing wage by contractors working on public funded projects, as well as Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, and waive any irregularities or informalities. This Institution is an equal opportunity provider. Installation must be accomplished by a recognized professional installer of film for safety and security purposes. Completed work must: Meet IWFA visual acceptance standards. Install without bubbles, ripples, drips, dirt, cuts, tears or gaps between film and frame. Clean newly installed film and window frames after installation. Clean up cleaning solutions, run-off cleaning water and adhesive mounting solution. Use attachment sealants specifically designed to anchor the window film to the frame for added security. Window film will be installed on ground level exterior doors that have windows. Total film to be installed is 2,060 sq. ft The selected vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the installation of window film in accordance with the specifications below
