The work consists of the contractor furnishing all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals, and performing all operations in connection with project FNWZ 25-0137 Landing Zone Tree Removal. The scope includes, but is not limited to, clearing woody and succulent vegetation, grinding stumps, disposal of all vegetative and non-vegetative debris, backfilling, compacting, cultivating, re-grading, and re-seeding. All work must be completed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, plans, and specifications. Location: Dyess Air Force Base, 818 Third Street, Building 8011, Abilene, TX 79607. Base Bid - The period of performance shall be 45 days from the date of award. An amendment will be issues answering all questions received.
