Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by the Commission. Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply to this Project. The Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goal applicable to this Project is waived. Failure to certify a commitment to meet the SBE Goal or failure to satisfactorily demonstrate Good Faith Efforts used to attain SBE participation for this project shall be grounds for the Commission to consider the Bid nonresponsive and may cause the Bid to be rejected. Pollution Liability Insurance is required under GC Art. 12.1.3 for this Project. Bids will be received for this Project, which includes the following: Replacement of a beam segment, jacking the superstructure, removing and replacing portion of the deck and barrier; maintenance of traffic; and all other items incidental to the completion of the Work.
