For the work designated Aurora Hudson Road Waterline Replacement Project The project includes the installation of and 8 inch waterline to replace an existing 12 inch water line replacement, water service replacements, and fire hydrant installation . a certified or cashiers check on a solvent bank made payable to the order of the City of Streetsboro in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid The chosen bidder must provide the following required documentation prior to contract execution: 1) Performance Bond in the amount or anticipated amount of the contract; 2) Evidence of General Liability Insurance from a company licensed by the State of Ohio in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, national origin or disability.
