Reference Number 0000301082 3.1 The Owner owns and rents 214 residential units, as well as a number of commercial buildings. Painting services to be provided primarily inside residential units, and from time to time, for commercial buildings. Scope of Services 3.2 The duration of the agreement shall be for a period of 7 months, September 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026 (the Term). The Owner may elect to extend the agreement, with mutually agreed upon pricing. 3.3 Painting services will be on an as-needed, call-up basis. 3.4 Bidders shall provide a list of materials they propose to use, including the paint manufacturer, product specifications, etc. Information to be provided in Bid Form. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
