As of October 16, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. The Prime General Contractor shall provide all labor and material for the expansion of the existing Maplewood Manor parking lot at 535 South Warren Ave., Saginaw, Michigan, and the repaving of the Davenport Manor parking lot at 2811 Davenport Ave., Saginaw, Michigan, both owned and operated by the Saginaw Housing Commission. All work shall be performed in conformance with plans and specifications. Registering as a Planholder is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors as Planholders will receive automatic notice of addendums and other contract document updates via online. To access the electronic bid form, obtain the project documents online. Prospective bidders must be on the Planholder list through online for bids to be accepted. Question Deadline 09/09/2025 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Requests may be oral or written. Oral requests must be confirmed in writing.
