Site work and renovation of a civil project in Saginaw, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Roof replacement at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) buildings, and the Aqua and Gratiot Rd. Pump Station buildings. Plaster repairs to the interior of the Admin/Entrance Hall, Filter Galleries, and replacing the interior caulking at the clerestory windows in the Filter Galleries in the WTP. Include access equipment and protection of the buildings, filter tanks cover protection, and grounds as part of the Work. Absolutely nothing will be allowed to fall into the filter tanks of the WTP during demolition/ construction, filter tanks cover protection will be the responsibility of the contractor. Protect the water treatment process during demolition and construction at all facilities. An original bid bond, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid must be submitted with any bid in excess of $100,000. The AIA Document A310 - 2010 bid bond is the preferred format. If the agreement is for multiple years, each year should be combined to get your total cost. Facsimiles or copies of bid bond will not be accepted, and bid will be disqualified if submitted. Direct any questions to David W.
