The parking lot consists of 31 total spaces, of which two will be accessible for disabled persons according to the American Disabilities Act (ADA). The new parking lot must have concrete curbing, storm inlets, piping signs, striping and concrete wheel stops. The main parking lot must be asphalt with new concrete walk on the west side of the parking lot and a new concrete sidewalk leading to the new asphalt trail. All walks will be ADA compliant. All excess soil material must be hauled off site. All grades shown on the plans reflect final grades and all disturbed areas will be seeded and strawed. The term "Contractor", as used in these Contract Documents, includes only the contractor for site work, and the term "Project" refers only to the work of the contractor for site work. The contractor will do all work and furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary to complete the scope of work within the time set forth in the Contract and any subsequently written Change Orders or Field Directives.
