Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, an approximately 3,000 sf interior build out of the shell space for a primary care clinic. The work will occur at 1000 Wildwood Drive, Ottumwa, Iowa 52501. The above scope of work will be bid out as a single bid package. Bid security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price.
