This is an invitation to submit a proposal for replacement of dryer vent systems at four specified sites: 1113 Elm Court, 223-229 Fairview Avenue, 302 Summitt Street Apt 2-12, and 103-149 Taft Circle in Ottumwa, Iowa. Proposals must be prepared and submitted separately for each site and clearly labeled with the site and project name. All contractors submitting proposals must be registered and licensed with the State of Iowa and carry the required insurance minimums for public liability with bodily injury and property damage limits. The project requires adherence to Davis-Bacon Labor Standards and Section 3 Guidelines. Proposals may be submitted via email, mail, or dropped off at the designated address. The authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
