The project also includes the construction of the above-ground facilities for five injection wells, their corresponding well houses, two monitoring wells, an Effluent Energy Recovery System Building, and site development. Project Duration: 878 Calendar Days to Substantial Completion, 907 Calendar Days to Final Completion, plus a 91 Calendar Day Contingency Period Estimated Range of the Base Bid - $142,988,869.66 to $173,008,632.35, not including contingency and dedicated allowances. Any bidder joining the meeting after 10:15 a.m. will be considered late and will be disqualified from submitting a Bid. The Board of County Commissioners, Miami-Dade County, Florida, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid or to re-advertise for bids. Bids from any person, firm or Corporation in default on other contracts or agreements with the County may be rejected. Failure by the Bidder to satisfy claims on previous contracts with the County may be cause for rejection of his bid.
