**As of November 3rd, 2025, the project was awarded to Midwest Infrastructure, with an awarded amount of $360,843.25** For the Ellington Water/Wastewater Improvements (SIP 5) being financed through the State Infrastructure Program administered by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources to serve bids from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. Due to funding constraints, all work shall be completed by May 30, 2026.
