Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project includes excavation/demolition, installation of footing/ foundation, slab floor, with water/sewer, and power (200-amp service), building construction and concrete apron. Athletic Field Outbuilding will house restrooms and a concession stand. Building is approx. 700 sq ft of masonry construction with wood trusses and an architectural shingled roof. Includes approx. 6 ft wide sidewalk/apron around building/foundation which would tie into the existing sidewalk. Project includes concession stand fixtures and equipment. Structure to be located at existing asphalt parking lot between soccer and ball fields, and is adjacent to existing water, sewer, and power access. Additional alternate bid: Includes the installation of approx. 150 ft of additional 6-foot-wide sidewalk. In addition, Jefferson College request the following additional alternate bid: Alternate 1: Would include the installation of additional 6-foot-wide sidewalk along the north/northeast edge of the asphalt parking lot running from the outbuilding apron to join with an existing concrete pad near the adjacent ball field. This would be approximately 150 feet in length. Each bid shall include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company.
