Grandview R-2 School District Hillsboro, Missouri Wastewater Treatment Plant General Notice Grandview R-2 School District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:19,000 gallons per day Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Project includes the following Work. 1.Excavation and placement and backfill for the sewage treatment plant (plant is being manufactured by DPI Water Solutions in Tifton, GA) and will be delivered to the site bythe manufacturer. 2. This contractor will be responsible for providing a crane to offload the treatment plant delivered by the Manufacturer. 3. Contractor shall provide concrete foundation in accordance with the project plans 4. Provide a crane to set the plant in place5.Construct the influent and effluent sanitary sewers. 6. Provide fencing, gates, and warning signs around treatment plant as shown on plans. 7. Provide piping and electrical connections to the treatment plant as indicated on theproject plans. 8. Pumps and related equipment for the Tertiary Filter will be provided by the Manufacturer but will require installation and connection by the Contractor as shown onthe project plans. 9. Provide and Install Yard Hydrant and Hot Box as shown on the project plans.10. Set various treatment components in place, including blowers*, miscellaneous plantpiping, fittings, valves, handrails, disinfection equipment*, flowmeter* as indicatedon the project plans. (* equipment will be provided by the plant manufacturer).Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $400,000. The Projecthas an expected duration of 60-90 days.
