Renovation of a library in Hillsboro, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Jefferson County Library District is requesting bids for Concrete Ramp and Handrail Replacement. Questions may be directed to Gary Grzeskowiak, Facilities Manager, Jefferson County Library, via phone at 636-677-8689 or via email at gary@jeffcolib.org Interested firms are to submit Two (2) copies of their response to the RFP, One (1) copy of Commercial Liability Insurance, (3) Professional References, & One (1) copy of completed E-Verify (See link below). https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NuTwsMME-0Fzf-sA9LgplC9IROITkDC3/viewusp=sharing JCL is requesting competitive quotes from Contractors / Vendors for the purpose of Replacing a Concrete Ramp and Handrail. The existing ramp and handrail is to be demolished and all debris hauled off. Rework base under demoed slab. Install new concrete ramp. Pin new slab into existing foundations. Provide and Install new replacement Handrail. Contractor is responsible for all permits required by the City or County. Please provide equipment lead times.
