The work shall be in accordance with provided Specifications, Job Special Provisions, and Plans, and where not specifically covered, with the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction and MoDOT Standard Plans for Highway Construction. All work must be completed by the specified deadline. Electronic submissions will be rejected. Required documents to accompany the bid include a cashier's check or bid bond for 5% of the proposal amount and a certificate of insurance.
