The firm selected must have qualified personnel who can represent the NTU in all aspects of property demolition. The contractor shall: o Conduct a thorough site assessment prior to demolition o Obtain and comply with all required permits and regulations o Perform demolition using the safest and most environmentally sound methods available o Clear and dispose of all demolition debris offsite in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations o Grade and recompact the site to meet specifications for future construction o Provide dust control, noise mitigation, and safety measures throughout the process o Submit a post-demolition report confirming the site is ready for construction, including compaction test results
