For more information (full scope of work, bid requirements and bid package) contact or refer to NTU website: at online "Bids & Proposals" Contact: Abe Bitok at a.bitok@navajotech.edu and finance@navajotech.edu Deadline for Questions: August 22, 2025 Demolition work will include the demolition and removal of dorm, basements, and foundations, as well as, the demolition and removal of site improvements and foundation landscaping. The firm selected must have qualified personnel who can represent the NTU in all aspects of property demolition. The contractor shall: o Conduct a thorough site assessment prior to demolition o Obtain and comply with all required permits and regulations o Perform demolition using the safest and most environmentally sound methods available o Clear and dispose of all demolition debris offsite in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations o Grade and recompact the site to meet specifications for future construction o Provide dust control, noise mitigation, and safety measures throughout the process o Submit a post-demolition report confirming the site is ready for construction, including compaction test results
