A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project consists of the construction of improvements located at Powder Valley Conservation Nature Center. Improvements generally include the installation of a new equalization tank and waterproofing of an existing wastewater treatment plant. DESCRIPTION OF ALTERATIONS WORK A. Plumbing: +Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. B. Electrical Power and Lighting: +Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. 1. Milestone 1: Initital Site Work a. Duration: 45 Working Days b. Contractor mobilize to site and set up temporary fencing for Construction Area. c. Install erosion control measures and start clearing, grubbing, and demolition. d. Rough grading and preperation for Milestone 2 activities shall be completed. This includes all materials onsite to complete Milestone 2 activitites e. The Contractor shall not start any activities that disrupt the operation of Powder Valley Conservation Nature Center (CNC). 2. Milestone 2: Waterproofing operations and Equalization Tank installation. a. Duration: 14 Calendar Days (consecutive days) b. Shut down wastewater treatment plant and completely waterproof. Return wastewater treatment plant to a fully operational service level at the end of Milestone 2. c. Install equalization tank. The Contractor shall have the option to bypass the equalization tank utilizing an internal section of pipe that is supported. 3. Milestone 3: Final Site Work a. Duration: 31 Working Days b. The Contractor shall complete all other items within the Contract. This generally includes a fully operational equaliztion tank, concrete pavements, retaining wall, storm sewer utility, electric utility, fencing, and final landscaping (seed/ rock).
