Site work for a water / sewer project in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Project Consists of Modifying the Outlet Structure Under Kalberer Road, From a Dry Detention Basin to Arbor Chase Pond, to Improve the Performance of the Structure and Reduce Erosion and Sedimentation in Arbor Chase Pond. The Concrete Pad on the Upstream of the Structure Will Be Reconstructed and Include a Weir Wall Along the Upstream Face. The Concrete Channels in the Upstream Dry Detention Basin Will Be Cleared of Weeds and Debris. Permanent Erosion Control Matting Will Be Placed Downstream of the Structure, Extending to Arbor Chase Pond. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive, to the extent permitted by law, any of the terms, conditions, or provisions contained in this Notice to Bidders or the Instructions to Bidders, or any informality, irregularity, or omission of any bid provided that such waiver shall, in the discretion of the Board, be to the advantage of the City of West Lafayette Bid date notes: Each proposal shall be in a sealed envelope directed to the Board of Public Works and Safety of West Lafayette, and plainly marked to indicate the title of the project and the name and address of the bidder.
