Qualified firms are invited to submit a Proposal for the Lommel Park Restroom project, which consists of the construction of a restroom facility at George E. Lommel Park, based on the attached design and construction drawings . This project aims to improve park patron comfort by providing an ADA complaint restroom facility with two gender neutral stalls, a water fountain & bottle filler, and a public WiFi hotspot. The proposed restroom facility project includes all work required for the construction of the building, as well as alternates for additional site improvements, based on the attached design and construction drawings. Contractor responsibilities include: o Build restroom facility per provided drawings and specifications (architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, finishes). o Manage site preparation, grading, utility hookups (water, sewer, electrical), and site restoration. o Ensure full ADA, PROWAG, and applicable building code compliance. o Obtain all necessary permits and inspections; coordinate utility installations. o Provide one-year warranty on workmanship and materials. o Collaborate with City staff for project coordination, inspections, and progress updates.
