Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of October 30,2025 project was awarded to mc2 Civil $9,561,402 with the amount of $9,561,402** Scope of Project: Construction of approximately 6,600 linear feet (LF) of 60-inch water transmission main. Begins at the West Harris County Regional Water Authority (WHRWA) meter station northwest of the North Newport Bend cul-de-sac. The main continues along the channel crossing Kingsland Boulevard, Katy Gap Road, and Roesner Road. The main then continues along Roesner Road to the connection point of NFBWA Segment 18A, located along the northwest property line for Harris County Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District 5 (HFB5) water plant. The plant is located at the corner of Bay Hill Boulevard and Roesner Road. A 12-inch waterline connection off of Segment 19 will be constructed at the HFB5 water plant. The work will include a new Meter & Valve Station along with associated electrical, instrumentation and controls. The deadline to ask questions is 9/11/2025 2:00 PM CST A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
