All Request for Information (RFIs) Due NLT 8/27/2025 @ 1:00 PM EST, Send all RFIs to JOHN.RITTER2@va.gov Scope of Work Service: Preventive Maintenance (PM) on 72 Air Handling Units (AHUs) Location: Washington DC VA Medical Center (DC VAMC) Objective: Ensure all AHUs are operating efficiently and in compliance with VA standards through scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Contractor Responsibilities Perform PM during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM) Coordinate with VA Biomedical Engineering upon arrival Provide: Labor Tools and equipment Inspection reports for each AHU Documentation of any deficiencies or recommended repairs POP Begin: 09-15-2025 POP End: 09-14-2026
