The Department of Transportation (DOT) Headquarters CCTV Modernization 2025 project involves the procurement, installation, and integration of Bosch-brand Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment to enhance physical security. The scope includes replacing analog cameras with high-definition IP cameras, upgrading software and storage systems, and ensuring full system interoperability using Bosch components. Specific tasks include installing 245 fixed cameras, 40 PTZ cameras, and 5 multi-imager cameras; upgrading BVMS software from version 12.0.1 to 13; adding NetApp video storage units; upgrading decoders; programming server scripts and Adams modules; and decommissioning legacy headend systems. All installed systems must be FICAM and FISMA compliant, with a minimum of 30 days of video retention at 30 fps. The contractor must be a certified Bosch Security Representative with qualified field service engineers and must provide training, documentation, and a three-year warranty. Deliverables include kickoff and closeout meetings, a project management plan, and weekly activity reports. The contract is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price with a 360-day performance period.
