Replacing and installing metal roofing including but not limited to fiberglass tyee metal roof panels, galvanized or stainless steel, or aluminum; 2. Replacing and installing plumbing pipes, vents, skylights, and gas vents, fasteners, seams, flashing all per manufacturers written specifications; 3. Identify and remediate all sources of water infiltration in multipurpose roof, address deterioration of fasteners, sealants and panels; 4. Provide cleaning and rust treatment, and applicable primer(s); 5. Providing all manpower, equipment, work, and disposal of material, as required by City ordinances; and 6. Providing at least a 3-5 year warranty, and/or warranty satisfactory to the City of Canton Contractor must comply and provide all building permits and requirements by City. The above general outline of scope of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials required by the specifications and the drawings in the Contract documents.
