Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Canton, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
The project consists of furnishing and installing two new bridges on N. Old Canton Road over Little Bear Creek and over Bear Creek Tributary. Bids may be submitted in one of two ways: 1. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Madison County Chancery Clerk's office, Room 225-228, 146 West North Street, Canton, MS 39046. The envelope must be marked with "N. OLD CANTON ROAD BRIDGES REPLACEMENT PROJECT" and include the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number. Unmarked envelopes will not be opened or considered. 2. Electronic bids must be submitted as a PDF file via Madison County's website at http://www.madison-co.com/bids and must include the bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number as part of the PDF file. Electronic bids without this number will not be considered. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for viewing and download at . The Madison County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bid date notes: Electronic bids will be received as a PDF file via online.
