Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Canton, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Bids are requested for the installation of approximately 5,200 linear feet of 16-inch force main and 10,600 linear feet of 18-inch force main for a project designated as “16”/18” Wastewater force main to HCR lagoon.” The total contract time allowed is 180 consecutive calendar days, with liquidated damages of $250.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Bidders must furnish bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount equal to 5% of the bid. Proposals must meet Mississippi state requirements and hold current Certificates of Responsibility. Bids will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, with the right reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
