Sealed bids will be received for GS# 601-140 Turcotte Shooting Central Office Roofing for the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks. Contract documents may be obtained from the designated architect. A deposit is required. Bid preparation must follow the instructions bound in the project manual. The Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. Telephones and desks will not be available for bidders' use at the bid site. Turcotte Shooting/Central Office Roofing Construct work in stages as follows: Coordinate roofing schedule with facility/campus schedule of events All materials shall be on site before roofing work is to begin Base Bid: Provide all materials, labor, and equipment to demolish the existing roof systems and provide and install a new fully-adhered modified bitumen membrane roofing system including, trim, attachments, flashing, fascias, gutters, downspouts, tapered insulation, cover boards, and all parts and accessories for Buildings #1 and #2 as indicated in the drawings. Alternate No. One: Provide all materials, labor, and equipment to demolish the existing roof systems and provide and install a new fully-adhered modified bitumen membrane roofing system and metal panel roofing system.
