The Project Consists of Supply and Installation of Return Activated sludge Pumps and Check Valves at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the Village of Mokena. Wage Rates: Contractors Shall Be Required to Pay Not Less Than prevailing Wage Rates on the Projects as Established by the United States Department of Labor And the State of Illinois Department of Labor. The Village of Mokena Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or Parts thereof and Waive Any Technicalities or Irregularities in the Bids and Disregard All Non-conforming or Conditional Bids or Counter Proposals.
