Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,302-square-foot water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 24, 2025, project was awarded to West Fork Construction, LLC, awarded amount is $3,193,557.20. The Project includes the construction of a 1300 s.f. pump house, complete with electrical, HVAC, standby power and treatment works for two public water supply wells with provisions to accommodate a future third well; installation of conductors and data cables to two well sites; and associated sitework. The facility shall be substantially complete and ready for operation by May 1st, 2026, with a final completion of July 1st, 2026. The Town of Jackson reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities.
