Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the construction of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
DPR Construction has been selected by Teton County and the Owner for the Teton County Modular project, located. We hereby request bid proposals for the award of the earthwork, utilities, framing, modular building re-assembly, rough carpentry, drywall, millwork, siding, roofing, insulation, doors, windows, flooring, paint, specialties, signage, asphalt and striping, electrical, mechanical/ plumbing, low voltage, landscaping, and site concrete scopes on the above referenced project. Project description: The Teton County Modular project consists of site prep for, re-assembly of, and interior fit-out of 4 modular buildings for temporary use by Teton County. The project also includes construction of connector spaces and exterior connector decks between the temporary buildings. Questions Due: 9/12/25 at 12pm. Construction Start: October 2025. A 5% bid preference will be implemented for Wyoming Contractors with responsible certified residency per state statute 16-6-102.
