This is a non-personal services contract for electrical services in support of United States Secret Service protective operations. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and fuel to install temporary electrical infrastructure. This includes powering one portable restroom trailer (4-stall), one 8x20 climate-controlled mobile office trailer, and a combination of 33 golf/utility carts and a mini first responder ambulance simultaneously. The work involves erecting three temporary wood structures with 12 GFCI outdoor covered outlets each, and one additional structure with two GFCI outlets and a 50 AMP plug. All structures must be elevated 4-5 feet off the ground, standalone (no permanent footers), and weather-resistant. Power will be run from an existing on-site source through above-ground conduit over distances of 100-350 feet. The contractor must respond to service calls within two hours and assumes liability for any property damage. All wiring must be protected in conduit, and no attachments to buildings are permitted. The connection of the mobile office trailer may be requested separately from other installations. A mandatory site visit is required, and subcontractor attendance must be disclosed in the quote.
