The Village of Palm Springs, Florida requests electronic sealed bids for Lakewood Gardens Park Improvements, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the Invitation for Bid. The project is funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) administered through the Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development. Construction work performed on this project must comply with Davis-Bacon & Related Acts, including wage rates. Palm Beach County requires the use of an online labor compliance reporting system for payroll submittal and Section 3 hours tracking. Build American, Buy American Act 2 CFR Part 184 requirements apply. Section 3 requirements per 24 CFR Part 75 apply. Section 3 businesses are encouraged to bid on this project.
