Blue Springs Mill & Repave Project For additional information, contact Greg Rust at (678) 251-8198. Refer to IFB Number 2025-05. The City of Acworth reserves the right to waive any or all informalities, accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award in the best interest of the City. The purpose of this project is to mill and repave approximately 1.5 inches of existing asphalt pavement throughout designated streets within the Blue Springs Subdivision. The scope also includes up to 15% deep patching, as determined by the owner's representative during construction, to address subgrade failures or deteriorated pavement areas. This project shall be bid as Lumpsum. Question Deadline 09/12/2025 Any request for interpretation or clarification of the Contract Documents will be in writing to the City. Should any question or need for information arise regarding the IFB information, it should be directed to Greg Rust at grust@acworth-ga.gov. All questions must be submitted at least five (5) days prior to the bid opening date and time.
