Renovation of an industrial development in Acworth, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.

The project consists of replacing the existing HVAC units with computer-room air-conditioning (CRAC) systems at the main switchgear and generator building located at Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority's Hugh. A Wyckoff Water Treatment Plant. This building houses the plant electrical switchgear and automatic transfer switches for the facility's three emergency generators. Installing new indoor and outdoor air conditioning units as shown on the plans. . Installing new refrigerant lines and condensate lines in accordance with the existing routing. . Coating new refrigerant and condensate linesets with PVC-coated insulation. . Removing and replacing existing air handler and condenser circuits with new XHHW-2 wiring. . Removing and salvaging existing conduit for repulling with new XHHW-2 wiring. . Removing and replacing existing disconnect switches with 60A/3P disconnect switches, as shown on the plans. . Installing new I/O connections to integrate additional data points into the existing SCADA system. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Hugh A. Wyckoff Water Treatment Plant.
