The Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from Engineering Consultants with experience in planning, detailed design, bid assistance and construction services for the Wyckoff Water Treatment Plant - Residuals Building Replacement Project (the Project). The Project includes but is not limited to designing a replacement residuals facility and associated structures, a new Transmission office and storage building, and replacement of existing switch gear. Safety, access to equipment, security, redundancy, and aesthetics are priorities. Question Deadline 10/22/2025 at 3:00 PM ET The selection of the Engineering Consultant will be a three-step process: 1) Proposal Review resulting in a short-list of Firms, 2) Interview-Demonstration by short-listed Firms, 3) Engineering Cost Proposal and Level of Effort submission on final scope. Selection criteria are outlined in the RFP. CCMWA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest. The successful Firm will be required to meet Cobb County-Marietta Water Authority's Insurance Requirements and Immigration Compliance and agree to its Standard Engineering Contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
