As of September 9, 2025, this project received no bids and may re-bid in the future. Work: 1,250 SY 2.5" Depth Milling of Chestnut Street 75 Tons of Superpave 9.5 mm, Scratch/Leveling Course, placed 120 LB/SY 120 Tons of Superpave 9.5 mm, Wearing Course, placed 180 LB/SY Proposals must be on forms provided by the Borough. All work must be completed by October 31, 2025; liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $885 per day for each day beyond this date that the work remains incomplete. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Dunmore Borough. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Dunmore Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough.
