Renovation of a residential development in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of September 29, 2025, the project has been awarded to Bognet, Inc. but no awarded amount available. Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total base bid in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Draft, or Bid Bond. Cash will not be acceptable as a deposit. If an awarded bidder fails to enter into a contract with the Housing Authority of the County of Lackawanna following notice of bid acceptance, the bid security shall be forfeited to and become the property of Housing Authority of the County of Lackawanna. The Housing Authority of the County of Lackawanna reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to waive any informality. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
