Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope containing Bid Proposal and Bid Bond or certified check and all forms listed in the attachments to the plans and specifications and shall be addressed to Reuther & Bowen, PC, and shall be plainly marked with the wording, "St. Anthony's Memorial Park Parking Lot Improvement Project". The Project consists of sawcutting, removal of existing pavement and site material to subgrade depth, installation of subbase and paving structure and rolled bituminous curb as designated on the associated drawings. bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to St. Anthony's Memorial Park Association. The Association reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the successful bidder within ten (10) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the said bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Project Agreement in the form prescribed by the Borough or forfeit said Bid Bond.
