Scope of Services The City of El Centro, through its Department of Public Works - Administration Division, is pleased to invite qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for on-call civil engineering general, water and Wastewater services. This contract presents an opportunity to partner with the City in delivering vital water, wastewater, and general civil infrastructure projects that serve our growing community. With a multi-year agreement and the potential for extensions, this engagement offers consultants the chance to contribute to meaningful, long-term improvements in municipal infrastructure while building a strong professional partnership with the City of El Centro.
