All work shall be conducted in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and completed under a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 237310, with a small business size standard of $45 million. Quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 9/15/2025 via email, and vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov and meet the small business size requirement to be eligible. A mandatory site visit is required as outlined in Section L, FAR 52.237-27.
