This is a re-bid for: 2.90 - Landscaping 7.50 - Roofing 9.26 - Drywall 15.40 – Plumbing Bids shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, considering conformity with specifications, terms of delivery, and quality and serviceability, as determined by the City Council. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informality therein. The successful bidder shall comply with the provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, specifically including the payment of the applicable prevailing wages to all laborers, workers, and mechanics performing work under the contract. The Owner has set a participation goal for minority-owned or women-owned or disadvantaged business contractors, suppliers, or companies on this project. The entities must be registered with the Illinois Unified Certification Program (IL UCP)/ Business Enterprise Program (BEP) and prospective bidders must provide IL UCP/BEP certificate(s) with their bid proposal to be included in the goal for this project. The bidder shall identify on the spaces provided on the bid form names of certified vendors which will perform any portion of the work specified and the dollar value of the provided services that are part of the bid amount. All proposals submitted shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days after official opening of bids. Bid date notes: Bids will remain locked until the time bids are due. Contractors are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their bids; no late bids will be accepted.
