**As of June 19, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on July 1, 2025.** Zion's 20th Street Stormwater Improvements. The City of Zion reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to make an award on the proposal, which in its opinion is most advantageous to the City. Each contractor, by submitting a proposal, signifies his intentions and good faith to enter into a contract with the City of Zion, Illinois, should he be awarded the contract. The proposed work consists of storm sewer removal and replacement of various sizes, removal and installation of structures, ductile iron watermain of various sizes, trench backfill, roadway reconstruction (HMA), HMA and PCC driveway removal and replacement, class D patches, 6, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project shown on the plans and described in the Special Provisions herein.
